Heartland's Partners
in Hope Awards
Heartland Community Action Agency, Inc. (Heartland) hosts an annual "Partners in Hope" awards banquet. Each year Heartland staff identifies and honors 2-4 partnering businesses and/or individuals who have exhibited an enthusiastic contribution to the extent of supporting individuals, strengthening families and building community.
We would not be successful in our mission of "building stronger community by providing opportunities that empower people in need" without the support of our many partners and volunteers. Accordingly, we are extremely grateful for all of our partners and volunteers as we work together to make a difference in the lives of the people we serve!
