About Us
For 45 years, Heartland Community Action Agency has been offering hope, help and change for
families in poverty. Heartland's programs reduce the potential for child abuse and neglect, increase
children's chances for success in school, and improve the quality and accessibility of child care.
We also offer energy assistance and weatherization, and help to prevent homelessness.
How to Help
In order to serve those in need across four counties, we rely on the generous support
of individuals, corporations, foundations, churches and civic associations.
Contributions can be financial or in the form of in-kind goods or services. Begin making a difference in the lives of local families today!
